6. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of courts

7. Content Provider Responsibilities

All content providers agree to:

• Only upload content they own or have permission to distribute
• Respect all copyright and intellectual property rights
• Not infringe on third-party rights
• Comply with all applicable laws

8. Repeated Infringements

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright or intellectual property rights will have their accounts terminated. APK Hub reserves the right to take legal action against repeat offenders.
